.A strong storm will produce a wintry mix of sleet, freezing
rain, and snow today. Snow will move across most of the area
today, with freezing rain and sleet in south-central South Dakota
through this morning, followed by snow this afternoon. Several
inches of snow are expected across southwestern into central South
Dakota, with around a tenth of an inch of icing across south-
central South Dakota. Snow will end this evening.
