* WHERE…The Upper Snake River Plain, including Arco, the INL,

Idaho Falls, and Rexburg.

* WHEN…Until 11 AM MST this morning.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Winds gusting as high as 40 mph will

cause areas of blowing and drifting snow.
