.An arctic airmass across the area and winds up to around 10 mph

will produce wind chills of 20 below to 35 below zero at times

across much of the northeast Wyoming and western South Dakota

plains.

* WHAT…Very cold wind chills expected. Expect wind chills of 20

below to 35 below zero at times early this morning. Lowest

values will generally be north and east of the Black Hills.

* WHERE…Northeast Wyoming and the plains of western and south

central South Dakota.

* WHEN…Until 9 AM MST /10 AM CST/ this morning.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…The cold wind chills could cause

frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
