will produce wind chills of 20 below to 35 below zero at times
across much of the northeast Wyoming and western South Dakota
plains.

below to 35 below zero at times early this morning. Lowest
values will generally be north and east of the Black Hills.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…The cold wind chills could cause
