CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were mostly lower Wednesday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for March delivery was fell 2.80 cents at $4.4940 a bushel; March corn was lost 2.20 cents at $3.660 bushel; March oats was off 6.20 cents at $2.61 a bushel while January soybeans gained 3.80 cents at $10.37 a bushel.
Beef was lower and pork was higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
February live cattle was off 2.20 cents at $1.2805 a pound; March feeder cattle fell 3.70 cents at $1.4690 a pound; February lean hogs rose .52 cent at $.6980 a pound.
