Concert to benefit local food pantry celebrates 20th anniversary this weekend

The annual Cache Community Food Pantry Benefit Concert is coming up on Sunday, December 10th and co-chairman Harry Heap says it is going to be special this year.

He says that is because it is the 20th anniversary for the popular concert.

“It will be held in the Logan Tabernacle at 7 p.m. As always, anyone is invited to bring a food donation for the food pantry. Other than that the concert is free and all comers are invited.”

Heap says the Abbott Family Singers will return after several years away and organist Brandon Clayton will return with a rousing organ piece. The choirs will include the Cache Community Choir, First Presbyterian Choir, Westminster Bell Choir and the First Art Singers.
