BRIGHAM CITY, Utah (AP) — A family of four is safe after escaping from their burning home Monday in Brigham City.
KUTV reports (http://bit.ly/2rld9Xm ) a mother, father and two children were able to safely evacuate after firefighters responded.
Box Elder County Fire Marshal Corey Barton said the house is a total loss with about $250,000 in damages.
Barton said the blaze started on the porch before spreading to the attic and across the top of the house.
