“Our purpose in going back is there are two plants near Boston that use the same technology that we are proposing to use for our wastewater plant. Before we made the final decision on that we wanted to have eyes and hands on experiences of those plants to make sure they worked. We had three professionals as part of our wastewater advisory committee who went with us and we all concluded that the technology will work.”
