The Utah Democratic Party is on a listening tour throughout the state. The purpose of the tour is to get input from Democrats throughout the state.
They will be in Logan on January 25th at the Historic Cache County Courthouse and the meeting starts at 6:30 p.m. According to Danny Beus, secretary of the Cache County Democratic Party, everyone is invited to attend.
He says, like himself, many Democrats are feeling disappointed about Donald Trump becoming president.
“I worry about people getting health care,” says Beus. “I worry about people being treated equally. Immigration is something very important to me and I don’t see logical immigration reform with Donald Trump.
“There are many things that are disappointing with him being elected president.”
Beus says it will be good for Democrats to get together and decide what they can do to win some future elections.
