Mendon City will hold a dog licensing clinic on Saturday, January 14, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Mendon Fire Station. Dr. Rebecca Echols, DVM, will be on-site to administer rabies vaccines during the clinic for a $20 fee.

Mendon City ordinances require that every dog owner in the city license their animal(s) annually. Proof of a current rabies shot is required. The licensing fee is $5/year for an animal that has been spayed or neutered and $10/year for an animal that has not. City residents who own five or more dogs over the age of four months must pay an additional kennel fee of $40 per year. More information is available by calling (435) 753-3449.
