Exciting and popular musicals highlight upcoming season for Cache Arts Presents

The new season for Cache Arts Presents begins on October 11 and, according to Jenn Waterhouse of the Cache Valley Center for the Arts, it promises to be all about diversity.

Waterhouse says there will be something for everyone, from eight to 80, and the season begins on October 11th with MOMIX: Opus Cactus in the Ellen Eccles Theatre.

Waterhouse says the organization has also scheduled some really exciting shows that will appeal to a lot of people.

“We’re very proud to be able to bring two nationally-touring Broadway shows this season,” she explains. “One of them is Mamma Mia, and the other one is Once, the musical. So we have everything from the wildly-popular that everybody knows to one that actually just left Broadway recently.

“Once…won eight Tony awards in 2012, including Best Musical. And Mamma Mia everyone has loved from the moment it came out.”

Waterhouse says you can get information about tickets, including season packages, by calling 752-0026.
