B. Lynn Ingram, author of the 2013 book “The West Without Water” will be on the Utah State University campus Wednesday as the keynote speaker for Natural Resources Week and the 2015 Spring Runoff Conference.

He will speak at 12 noon in the Eccles Conference Center auditorium. Ingram’s talk is free and open to the public. For more information, call 797-2459.
