Ryan Shupe and the Rubber Band will be the headliner this year for Freedom Fire, Logan City’s annual Independence Day program to be held the night of July 3rd at Utah State University’s Romney Stadium.

Logan Parks and Recreation Director Russ Akina told the Logan Municipal Council Tuesday night that Ryan Shupe has performed in Logan in the past and was a popular choice for local residents.

Tickets for the July 3rd Freedom Fire celebration will go on sale May 23 at the Logan Aquatic Center and at the Logan City Recreation Center. Akina said details with the Utah-based band are still being worked out.
