State Attorney Barbara Lachmar said when Falor was 20-years-old, he engaged in oral sex with a teenage boy. The victim was between 13 and 14 at the time of the abuse. The accusations occurred between January 2011 and December 2012.
Sentencing has been scheduled for January 6.
