LOGAN — A judge has declined to reduce bail for a 45-year-old Rocksprings, Wyoming man charged with first-degree felony sodomy.
Court records show Trevor Paul Vanoostendorp appeared in 1st District Court Monday with his attorneys.
Vanoostendorp is accused of sexually assaulting a North Logan woman he met online and had a relationship with. He was arrested in April and booked into the Cache County Jail.
Judge Brian Cannell refused to lower Vanoostendorp’s bail and left it set at $200,000. A five-day trial has been scheduled for to begin November 17.
