
<span class=”s1″>A spring time event last year, the 2014 Logan Film Festival has moved to late September and films will be screened in both the Ellen Eccles Theatre and the Dansante Theatre downtown.</span>
<p class=”p2″><span class=”s1″>It is a Thursday-Saturday event, September 25-27.</span>
<p class=”p2″><span class=”s1″>“We had over 170 submissions from all around the world, including some good submissions from Utah,” said Logan Film Festival President Taylor Ballam. “We have narrowed it down to 55 and we will be showing all those films at the festival.” </span>
<p class=”p2″><span class=”s1″>Ballam said it is possible to see all films during the three days of the event.</span>
<p class=”p2″><span class=”s1″>“It starts Thursday evening and ends Saturday night. We have a few longer documentaries, full feature films, short narratives and animated films.”</span>
<p class=”p2″><span class=”s1″>Screenings begin at 6 p.m. Friday, 5 p.m. Thursday and 10 a.m. Saturday.</span>
<p class=”p2″><span class=”s1″>Tickets are $15 and allow patrons to see as many of the films as they want.</span>
