LOGAN — A 49-year-old North Logan man caused an accident south of Inkom, Idaho, Monday morning that slowed traffic along Interstate-15.
Idaho State Police report Jin Cai was traveling southbound in a 2001 Chrysler Town and Country Van when he struck a barrel that was in the road. The barrel contained a cleaning solvent that spilled onto both lanes of the interstate.
Cai was wearing a seat belt and reportedly did not have any major injuries. The accident occurred at 5:42 a.m. near milepost-55.
The crash is under investigation.
