Should a one-way couplet system be considered as a way to move traffic through Logan in the future? That question will likely come up at Tuesday night’s Logan Municipal Council meeting.
The meeting starts at 5:30 p.m. in the council chambers of Logan City Hall. A study has been done which recommends a one-way couplet system would not provide mobility advantages over a roundabout at 500 North for the next 15 to 20 years.
The council will decide if the one-way couplet system should be evaluated further through the Cache Metropolitan Planning Organization long range planning process in the future and if the proposed roundabout at 500 North should be implemented as part of the 200 East project.
