Summer concerts provide opportunity for community

LOGAN – One of the highlights of summer in Logan is the noon concerts that started this week at the Logan Tabernacle. Gary Saxton, downtown manager for the Logan Downtown Alliance and member of the concert committee, says the program highlights local and sometimes even international talent.

“It’s a free program so we hope the community will take advantage of their lunchtime to join us at the Tabernacle and enjoy some great cultural performances,” Saxton says.

Saxton says on Friday the program will be presented by the Northern Utah Flute Quartet. All of the programs start at noon in the Logan Tabernacle and are free to public. Click here for a full schedule of performers for the 2013 season.
