They don’t work for us anymore!!

The Cache County Executive and Council have indicated emission testing is imminent. Very few cars will pass the emissions test, which includes 18,200 USU students, except for those who drive new ones.

It’s all about power, control and money. We might as well take our cars down for recycle. The elected county officials who were suppose to represent us, have sold out to the Feds because the Feds have threatened to withhold highway funds. That coercion could have been stopped by a veto by Lynn Lemon, County Executive.

Perhaps it’s time to replace the county executives with those like Scott Bradley who would be loyal to their constituents.

As you walk to and from the bus stop to ride the black smoke belching behemoth, keep in mind what Ayn Rand said in Atlas Shrugged. ” When the force of government asks you to make a sacrifice, run for your life. It’s a sign of an approaching looter.”

Incidently, the tax on each gallon of gas and diesel that you buy is suppose to go to the upkeep of the highways.
