USU’s Jon M. Huntsman School of Business highly ranked for social media use

The business organization <a href=”” target=”_blank”></a> has ranked the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University as one of the top 25 schoos in the country when it comes to its social media activity.

The organization, which calls itself a “social education community,” released the Top 100 Most Social Media Friendly MBA School Rankings for 2013 and  listed Huntsman’s social media efforts at #25, tied with Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business.

The ranking is based on the Huntsman School of Businesses’ use of social media platforms like Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube, earning an overall score of 20.4. The Huntsman School of Business ranked 7th overall for its use of Twitter.

The leader among MBA schools is Stanford, earning an overall score of 62.2 for its use of Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Plus and Pinterest and the interactions these social media platforms provided for students, faculty, prospective students and the community.
