New Warren Miller ski movie premieres in Logan

Many consider it a sign that winter is coming, the new Warren Miller ski movie premiered Thursday night at the Kent Concert Hall.  The movie, called Flow State, marks the 63rd movie done by Warren Miller.  Flow State features skiing and snowboarding from around the world, including a segment that was filmed in Utah, at the Canyon’s Resort, in Park City.  Gary Nate, who spent years as a cameraman for Miller, says this new movie has something for everyone.

“We did another sequence in Japan, one in Norway around the Arctic Circle and Austria.” said Nate. “Just visit some of the most unique places on earth and the filming just gets better and better and better every year.”

Flow State will be shown again tonight at the Kent Concert Hall beginning at 8. Everyone who attends the movie will receive a free lift pass to the Canyons Resort and a year subscription to Ski Magazine.  Tickets can be purchased at Al’s Sporting Goods and the Chase Fine Arts Center.
