Utah State University Extension is hosting the 5th annual holiday happening on Friday October 19 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the USU Taggart Student Center Ballroom. Extension Associate Professor Adrie Roberts says “Falling for the Holidays” has become so popular it was moved to the larger facility. Roberts says the cost is just $25 and three workshop presenters will be coming in.
“One workshop will be on getting your home organized. Another one is going to be on popcorn. Our 4H secretary Julie Webb has been exploring all kinds of fun popcorn recipes,” Roberts says. “Then we’re also having Kesha Whittaker come in. She’s from Hyde Park and a real popular presenter here in Cache Valley. She is doing all kinds of things: neighbor gifts, wrapping things up, organizing your Christmas so you don’t go crazy.”
Roberts says to register, <a target=”_blank” href=”http://extension.usu.edu/cache/files/uploads/Newsletter%20Sept%202012%20online.pdf”>contact USU Extension</a> at 752-6263.
