A grass fire in Paradise burned a shed and threatened a near-by home Sunday afternoon. Fire crews from Paradise and the surrounding areas responded to the grass fire at 820 West 8200 South around 3:30 p.m. Sunday.
The two acre blaze had also caught a propane tank on fire that crews were able to quickly cool. Investigators say unattended burning was the cause of the fire.
Damages are estimated to be around $7000. Fire officials are reminding everyone who burns debris on their property to obtain a burn permit from their local fire department or the Cache County Fire District.
