Resurfacing project to shut down 3200 South in Nibley for 2 weeks

The Cache County Road Department is preparing to resurface 3200 South from the Nibley City limits to U.S. Highway 89/91, a distance of six-tenths of a mile. The work will include reprocessing the existing road surface and placing a new overlay of hot mix asphalt surfacing.

Work on the project is expected to start Thursday, June 7 and be completed by June 21. During the work period the road will be closed 24 hours a day including weekends to through traffic.

Only traffic to local homes or businesses within the work zone will be allowed to use the roadway during the construction period. Additional information concerning the project can be obtained from Cache County Engineer Lynn Zollinger at 755-1638.
