Ogden– The Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) advises Cache Valley motorists that 1000 West in Logan will be closed Sunday morning, between US-89/91 and 1800 South. To facilitate work on the Tenth West Reconstruction project, 1000 West will be closed on Sunday, December 18, between US-89/91 and 1800 South, from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. After the work is completed, lane restrictions will remain in place from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday evening. This closure will allow crews to conduct finishing work in this zone. With the exception of this planned closure, all intersections in this phase of the project are now open to every traffic movement, and most of the construction work is completed. However, because there are a number of finish-work projects being completed along the corridor, from 200 North (SR-30) and US-89/91, motorists are reminded that speed limits are being tightly enforced. For more information about this project, call toll-free 888-427-8585, e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org, or visit http://www.udot.utah.gov/tenthwest.
