UDOT will continue to maintain SR-39 and SR-65 until such time that rising snow levels, or the prospect of increasing winter storm conditions, dictate they be closed for the season. Meanwhile, US-89, the Logan Canyon Highway, is also subject to winter weather conditions at any time, though this roadway remains open all year around. Motorists are encouraged to be cognizant of weather conditions in the areas they plan to travel, and be prepared for the prospect of winter-like driving conditions on any of these and other mountain highways at any time from this point forward.
