Republican Presidential hopeful Mitt Romney is making two quick fundraising stops in Utah on Friday, August 19 and both of those stops will be in Logan. If you can’t make it to the event but still want to contribute, you can go to mittromney.com and contribute there as well.”Josh Romney said that he believes there is a clear reason why his father is the current Republican front runner.”This time around my dad is focusing on the economy, basically saying that the policies that Obama has implemented over the last three years are not working,” he explained. “Washington is not working. “He’s a guy that understands the economy, understands what makes jobs come and jobs go and will, as President, be able to get this country back on the right track.”Mitt Romney will make a VIP stop at 5:30 p.m. at the home of Dr. Marlowe Gobel for those making contributions of $2500. An hour later, at 6:30 p.m., he will be at the Riverwoods Conference Center for a $500/person public fundraiser.
