State Office of Education staff have been working on a framework for the evaluations for the past two years. Director of Teaching and Learning Sydnee Dickson says evaluations will apply to all certified employees with three years of experience including counselors and administrators. A new law requires all teachers to be evaluated annually. Provisional employees with three years of experience or less must be evaluated twice a year.
