Logan’s Municipal Council will hold a public hearing Tuesday to consider a proposed moratorium on electronic message display signs. Another public hearing will be held to consider a resolution supporting the modification of parking restrictions along the east side of Main Street. The council meeting starts at 5:30 p.m. in the Logan City Hall Public Conference Room at 290 North 100 West. The public hearings start at approximately 5:50 p m.
