A group of teenagers started playing in the flooded streets Saturday, July 9 at about 7:15 p.m. The street was flooded at approximately 1100 South 100 West in Logan after a brief but powerful thunderstorm rolled through Cache Valley.The teenagers were taunting cars to splash them as the cars drove through the flooded street. The group was originally headed to a demolition derby at the Cache County Fair Grounds but thought this looked more fun.
