The Utah Department of Transportation is advising motorists that State Road 16 in Rich County has flooding on the roadway at milepost 10. Spokesman Vic Sauders says Woodruff Creek, which runs through the community of Woodruff, has overflowed its banks and water is now flowing in the middle of town. Saunders says motorists are encouraged to reduce speeds as soon as they see warning signs and proceed slowly until clear of the flood zone.
