SALT LAKE CITY (AP) — Flood warnings are in effect for seven Utah counties as three rivers overflow their banks.The National Weather Service says the Weber River and Lost Creek in northern Utah are flooding and the Sevier River in central Utah is expected to begin flooding midday Monday.The warnings apply to Weber, Davis, Morgan Summit, Juab, Piute and Sevier counties.Areas along the Green and Colorado rivers in eastern Utah are under a flood advisory.Forecasters say about two inches of rain have fallen since Friday. More than a foot of snow fell in higher elevations.Logan City Public Works spokesman Chuck Shaw says Spring Creek flooded Monday morning, briefly threatening 14 homes and some homes reported a couple of inches of water in them.Flooding has swamped thousands of acres of farm land in northern Utah.
