1000 West project causing water shut off for residents

The Utah Department of Transportation says water shut-offs and road closures that had been planned for the past weekend on the 1000 West project have been re-scheduled for Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. UDOT spokesman Vic Saunders says the water shut-off will affect all houses along 1800 South between 1000 West, including the Spring Complex, Logan River Trailer Park and the Rose Hill residential community. Residents in these areas should prepare for the water to be shut off by filling gallon jugs or a bathtub with water for drinking as well as water to be used for family sanitation needs, such as flushing toilets.
