Aaron Foote pleaded guilty to two 2nd degree felonies for burglary in First District Court Monday. All other charges involved in the case, including another felony and several misdemeanors, were dismissed.Foote, known to college students as the Logan Lurker, broke into several apartments over the course of a few months stealing electronics and money. He would gain entry to apartments and sometimes allude suspicion when caught by claiming to be looking for someone he thought lived in that particular apartment. He was arrested mid-February after taking electronics from two apartments in Logan that night.Along with a minimum of one year in prison for each felony charge, which he can serve concurrently with the 5-year term he is already serving, Foote must pay $2,000 to the court for his felonies and pay complete restitution. Foote had a restitution check for the full amount of $10,800 with him Monday, which he gave to the court. This money was put together by Foote’s mother and fiancee, Foote’s attorney Ronald Yengich said. The restitution money will be kept until paperwork detailing how much money each victim will receive is completed.- email@example.com
