The effects of a heartbreaking double overtime loss one night before showed in Bear River’s Wednesday night game vs. Ogden, especially in the third quarter. Ogden took advantage of a Bear River team who didn’t have any rest after losing in Park City the night before in a fast-paced game and traveling back to Garland. Add to that an energized Ogden team.The result, a 50-43 loss. The decisive point came in the third quarter as the Tigers dominated the Bears 12-3. The Bears are still looking for their first win after four games. Their next chance will be on Friday as they travel to take on Herriman and another quick turn around as they play on Saturday against Carbon for a Saturday afternoon game.
