Heavy snow and wind storms have put pressure on Logan City crews this winter and Mayor Randy Watts says those pressures are expected to continue. At Tuesday night’s municipal council meeting Watts said some of the calls he has received have been good and others not so good. “All of you are a concern to us,” Watts said, “and we try to get to all areas of town. But I reiterate the number one on our lists is those key locations around the hospitals, around our fire stations and around our main thoroughfares.” Mayor Watts says some of the major problems have been around 1400 North and the Mountain Road area. He says sometimes we may just have to accept the fact that, on some days, things will be running an hour or so late. Watts says the city is doing its very best.
