Blue A to signify Homecoming festivities

The Utah State University blue light atop Old Main will light the night sky Friday night to honor Homecoming weekend. No Homecoming weekend would be complete without a Friday night Homecoming dance or a chance to become a True Aggie under the blue A atop Old Main.The dance begins at 9 p.m. in the Taggart Student Center and at midnight students may gather with a partner on USU’s quad to become a True Aggie. The Homecoming parade begins Saturday at 10 a.m. on Logan’s Main Street at 100 South where it will continue to 800 North.The unveiling of the Merlin Olsen statue is at 12 noon outside the south gates of Romney Stadium. A pre-game party starts at 12:30 p.m. in the west parking lot of Romney Stadium. The Homecoming game against Hawaii begins at 3:05 p.m. and can be heard live on KVNU 610 AM/102.1 FM or 95.9 KLZX with pre-game coverage beginning at 1 p.m.
