Daniel Blauer pleaded guilty to trespassing and intoxication at First District courthouse Tuesday. Blauer was charged with the misdemeanors after breaking a window and falling off the east side of the Logan Tabernacle just after 2 a.m. on June 14. According to Assistant Police Chief Jeff Curtis, Blauer’s blood-alcohol level was three times the legal limit at the time of the incident. Blauer will be sentenced August 19. The sentence could range anywhere from a fine to up to a year of incarceration.
