A drunk man fell off the roof of the Logan Tabernacle just before 2 a.m. Monday and Logan Assistant Police Chief Jeff Curtis said it’s unclear how the 23-year old got there.Daniel Blauer is charged with felony criminal mischief and misdemeanor charges of criminal trespass and intoxication in connection with the incident which reportedly involved broken windows on the east side of the building. Curtis said it appeared that after Blauer reportedly broke the windows, he fell into the shrubbery below. Police found Blauer near the road after a call from neighbors and he was taken to the hospital for treatment of severe cuts on his arms. He was later released from the hospital and booked in jail.Curtis said Blauer’s blood alcohol level was three times the legal limit.
