Time periods that affected Ute Indians topic of museum activity

At its “Saturday at the Museum” activity Saturday, Utah State University’s Museum of Anthropology will feature an invited guest. The museum will host Larry Cesspooch from the Utah Humanities Council’s Public Square.Cesspooch’s presentation will include a discussion on the key time periods that greatly affected the Noochew (or Ute) people including life before non-Indian contact, influence of Spanish explorers and settlement of the Latter-day Saints. The presentation starts at 1 p.m. at the Museum.
