USU football camp at Brigham City cancelled, all others still planned

LOGAN, Utah – Utah State’s youth football camp scheduled for Brigham City on June 7 has been cancelled. The youth camp in Logan and the high school camp are slated to be conducted as planned.USU will host a Youth Camp on Tuesday, June 8 in Logan at the Laub Athletics Complex and Romney Stadium. The non-padded camp is open for youth kindergarten through eighth grade. The $50 cost includes camp instruction, lunch and camp T-shirt.The Aggie coaches will conclude summer camp action with a high school camp Wednesday-Saturday, June 9-12 for incoming ninth-12th graders. The cost is $265 for overnight campers and $205 for commuter campers. A team rate is available for teams with over 50 players.In conjunction with the high school camp, a one-day camp is available from Wednesday-Saturday, June 9-12, where campers can receive instruction from the coaching staff on one day of their choice. The cost is $25. All phases of football will be stressed: blocking, tackling, running, passing, and catching. Each player will receive instruction in fundamentals and techniques from the camp staff.
