A traffic accident at the intersection of 1000 West and 1000 North Tuesday afternoon disrupted traffic for a few minutes. Logan Police Assistant Chief Jeff Curtis says a westbound vehicle driven by a 30-year-old female from Mendon was stopped at the intersection waiting to turn onto 1000 West.Curtis says she apparently didn’t see a northbound vehicle driven by a 46-year-old Providence man, and pulled out in front of him. Both drivers were injured, although not seriously, and were transported by ambulance to the hospital.Curtis says the woman was wearing a seat belt. The man was not, however. There were no passengers in either vehicle.
