D’Addabbo running for County Executive on Constitution Party ticket

Republican incumbent Cache County Executive Lynn Lemon has an opponent in the upcoming election. David J. D’Addabbo, a resident of Nibley, filed for the office Thursday on the Constitution Party ticket.D’Addabbo says he decided to run for the office because he wants to keep Cache County a safe place to live by supporting constitutional laws rather than corporate laws and he says even socialistic laws have been edging in to the system. The candidate says if elected, he would do what one county in Wyoming has done, warn any federal agency coming in to the county that they must check with the sheriff, the county executive and the county attorney first.”We’d make sure that they have fulfilled their constitutional due process of law before they garnish wages…like the IRS, before they confiscate guns,” D’Addabbo explains. “Before they do anything in this county, any federal agency or any state agency has to verify that it’s o.k., that it’s proper and perfected.”D’Addabbo says he would want to protect the people from encroachment from anybody and he knows he would be working with some very competent people.
