The George S. Eccles Ice Center is hosting its 7th Annual Spice on Ice fundraiser on Thursday, March 25 starting at 5:30 p.m. The event will feature a chef cook-off and live auction. Chefs from local restaurants will compete in the event by preparing and serving one of their signature entries. Tickets are on sale now and can be purchased at the Eccles Ice Center or by calling 787-2288. Tickets are $50 per person with all proceeds going to benefit the operations at the Center and its programs. The ticket price covers appetizers from various restaurants, an entre from each competing chef and dessert. The live auction will feature prizes open to anyone with or without a ticket.
