Low turnout is causing the ice rink at Merlin Olsen Central Park to close on Sundays. Logan City officials say the rink hours are now 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Friday and 12 noon to 10 p.m. on Saturday. Skate rentals are available for $3.
