A 41-year old Logan woman’s in hot water for allegedly ‘doctor shopping’. Logan Police Lt. Rod Peterson says Lisa Marie Stevens was booked into jail Monday night and faces several counts of fraudulently obtaining controlled substances. Police records state that between December 2008 and November 2009 Stevens obtained 45 prescriptions from 15 different doctors, and filled them at five pharmacies. Peterson says that totals over 1,900 pills prescribed to help with pain.
