LOGAN, Utah – Utah State women’s soccer is preparing for its annual alumni soccer match which will be held Saturday, Feb. 20 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Stan Laub Indoor Training Center.Last season, the Aggies had a record-setting 44 former players attend the alumni weekend. The event gave alumni the chance to scrimmage against current Aggies. Former and current Aggies also toured the new Laub Athletics and Academics Complex. Along with the scrimmage, the event also gave Utah State an opportunity to honor the first graduating class of the women’s soccer program. Six members of the original class were on hand for the event.Alumni need to RSVP for themselves and their immediate family who will be attending to USU assistant coach Marla Nelson at email@example.com by Wednesday, Feb. 10, 2010.The alumni event is an excellent opportunity for former Aggies to re-connect with each other and to get to know the current USU soccer players and other alumni.Utah State ended the 2009 season with a 10-9-2 record. It is the fourth-straight year that the Aggies have won at least 10 matches in a season.-USU-
