Cache County Executive Lynn Lemon will be presenting his proposed 2010 budget at Tuesday’s meeting of the Cache County Council. Lemon has previously said that although no job layoffs are included in his budget it does not provide a pay increase for employees. Lemon is also scheduled to present a revenue report at the 5 p.m. meeting.
