The booths are ready, musicians are practicing and plans are completed for the first annual First Presbyterian Church of Logan’s Holiday Treasure Boutique. It begins Friday at 6 p.m. with ribboncutting, which will include a presentation by Cache County Executive Lynn Lemon.The event runs from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday and from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday. in the beautifully remodeled Bruner Hall, named for the late Presbyterian Reverend Miner Bruner.Artisans will offer knit goods, photography, holiday breads, jewelry and many other items, and 10 percent of the profits will be donated to the Deacons Fund. The Deacons Fund provides assistance to needy people in the community.There is also a silent auction which features such items as Utah Jazz tickets to Lake Tahoe vacations. It is not too late to donate auction items.
