Crash in Logan Canyon leads to two arrests

A crash in Logan Canyon Sunday night leads to two arrests. Utah Highway Patrol Sargent Rick Mayo says a car driving down Tony Grove Road failed to negotiate the curve connecting with Highway 89 and crashed into the embankment. Mayo says when troopers arrived they surmised that alcohol was involved in the crash. Two females and two males, all in their 20s from Davis County, were in the vehicle. One of the women said she was driving, but it was later determined that one of the men was driving. He and another passenger were treated at Logan Regional Hospital for minor injuries. He was then booked into jail on DUI charges. The woman was also booked for false report to authorities.
